THE MALAGASY PERSONAL PRONOUNS
The malagasy personal pronouns are also linked to NOUNS or to VERBS.
It is the possessive case if it is linked to a noun :
bokiko/ bokinao/ bokiny/ bokinareo/ bokinay/bokitsika/ bokindreo ( we can also have the informals: bokindry zareo,bokin’izy ireo, ny bokiny.)

Linked to a verb, it tells about the agent, who is doing the action
Examples:
1- Manoratra taratasy aho: I am writing a letter
=> Soratako ny taratasy: the letter is written by me.
-ko= me
-ko is the one doing the action=- ko is the agent=me
